This phone call will allow us to hear a bit more about your current questions related to your pregnancy, fertility, and/or parenting journey. We'd love to learn more about what you are looking for. Whether it relates to finding a new birth team, education, and/or guidance in your specific journey, there truly is no dumb question. That is why we are here! Then we can go to work on formulating your personalized recommendation list and scheduling a more in-depth zoom call.


Some topics to consider:

- Who to hire? Who to consider for OB care providers, birth and postpartum doulas, lactation consultants, overnight support, childbirth educators, self-care providers (perinatal masseuses, acupuncturists, chiropractors, chefs, etc.)

-Where to birth? Hospital, birth center, or home?

-What is the difference between a midwife vs. a physician?

-What is a doula?

-What are overnight support options?

-What’s the difference between a vaginal birth vs. cesarean section?

-What are pain management options during labor and birth? In hospital and out of hospital?

60-Minute Information Session ($200)

During the 60-minute information session we will spend time going over the customized recommendation list tailored to your specific needs. We will also spend time answering questions and providing education on what to expect in your journey. After the session, we will continue to be available for follow up communication and support as we recognize the journey is ongoing. Partners are welcome to join.


Group Childbirth Education ($600)

Pregnancy Pathways offers monthly group childbirth education classes at Moxie Birth in South Pasadena. This class is for pregnant people and partners and covers all of the topics to help you prepare for labor and birth as well as an opportunity to connect with other expecting families.  The class is taught by student nurse-midwives who are former in-hospital labor & delivery nurses and doulas who had home births. It will cover the basic anatomy & physiology of pregnancy, labor, birth and the initial postpartum and newborn phase. Learn what to expect in your birth setting as well as coping techniques for labor, including with or without pain medication.

Location: Moxie Birth, 1416 El Centro St STE 100, South Pasadena, CA 91030. Classes take place Saturday & Sunday, 9am-1pm.
